William ("Billy") Feldmann, LPC, CADC I

Billy started his career with graduating from Western Oregon University with a BS in psychology, and later attended Pacific University to earn his Masters in Counseling Psychology. During Billy’s scholastic career, he was able to serve a variety of populations, from older adults struggling with dementia disorders, to adults experiencing severe mental illness and houselessness. Since graduation, Billy has encompassed multiple professional roles such as homeless outreach worker, service coordinator, outpatient therapist, and program manager. Billy has experience in working with individuals struggling with severe mental illness, addictions, mood disorders, trauma, and personality disorders. 

Billy is married to his wife of twelve years, has two teenage children, and one German Shepard that is considered Billy’s child. He has a variety of hobbies he enjoys such as coaching and playing softball, camping, and playing music/drums.

Billy is passionate about providing counseling/therapy as he believes everyone is capable of life changes, peace, and healing. Billy utilizes a variety of evidence-based practices, such as CBT, ACT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing, to tailor treatment to each individual and to support folks in finding their potential to heal, recover, and live meaningful lives.
